Easy Schiphol Parking is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week accessible and open.
How Valet parking is working?
Step 1 Booking: You reserve the right of this page. By e-mail you will receive confirmation of your reservation. This you can print out and take you to the departure hall. Step 2 Departure: You call us 20 minutes before you arrive (020 1234567). Our staff will find departures between 2 and 3, helps you with your bags and take your car key at reception. You sign for delivery of your car and will give a proof. You can check directly. Step 3 Return: Once you've landed, you call us. When you go walking outside our driver again with your car waiting for you right outside departures between 2 and 3. You show your booking paper (or identifies with), finally signing for return and car keys.
When and how can I pay?
You can when booking online payment via iDeal, or when returning your car pay cash to the driver. Business travelers have issued monthly invoice.
How do I reserve a parking?
You can make a reservation on the right-hand side of this page or by telephone on 020 1234567. Step 1: Enter your travel date and times on the right-hand side of this page. Step 2: You fill in your car details and personal details. Step 3: You choose a payment method.
How much time in advance can I reserve a parking space? Are there any last minute options?
You can reserve a parking space up to 6 months in advance. There are last minute options. For more information, see Last minute.
For how long can I reserve a parking space?
You pay the maximum amount stated on the website for up to 7 weeks. You must request a quote for a period longer than 7 weeks.
I don't know my flight details yet / or what time I will be flying. How do I book?
During the reservation you can indicate 00:00 hours for arrival time at Schipol and return time at Schiphol 00:00. As soon as you have the flight time and flight numbers, you can email us or give us a call.
How do I know if my reservation has come through?
Immediately after your reservation you will receive a confirmation email with your voucher. If this is not the case, please check your spam mail. In some cases it also happens that a typing error was made when entering your email during the reservation. If necessary, contact us on 020 1234567 to make sure that your reservation is in our system.
How do I change / cancel my reservation?
You can report your changes by telephone or by e-mail. You can cancel your reservation up to 3 hours before departure. At last minute, 1 hour before departure ...
Suppose I arrive earlier or later than planned, will my car still be ready?
If you return from your trip earlier or later than planned, it is important that you inform us about this. We will then remove your key from the safe in time to prepare your car for you at the time of your return.
I often travel for work. What are the possibilities?
We offer business travelers a company account. All reservations made by the staff are entered under your company name in our system. The accounts payable department within your company receives a total invoice every month. Payment takes place afterwards, so traveling staff never have to advance money to declare it later.
